This customer-focused Salesforce conference, billed as “an epic theme park, only for business,” brought together international thought leaders, changemakers, and Salesforce professionals worldwide for a full day of keynote speeches, product demos, workshops, networking opportunities, and live musical performances.

Customer-Centric Keynotes and Workshops
World Tour NYC focuses on customer-first companies and conversations. Initially held as an entirely virtual event in 2020, World Tour NYC 2023 featured over 250 expert-led sessions, 40 demos of partner and sponsor solutions, keynote speakers, and hands-on workshops — all centered around the importance of the customer experience.
This one-day educational event, attended by over 15,000 people and available virtually on Salesforce+, featured keynote speakers, including Sarah Franken, President and CMO of Salesforce; Lidiane Jones, CEO of Slack; and Alex Waddell, CIO of Adobe Care and Wellness. While World Tour NYC’s main focus was the customer, attendees had the opportunity to explore the topic with experts in Customer 360, Slack, IT, AI, and sales and marketing — making it a truly inclusive global experience.
A cocktail reception and live performance by Grammy award-winning artists The Roots capped the day.

Represented by a diverse team, Provar sponsored World Tour NYC at the Navigator Level. Our sponsor team spotlighted Provar’s robust customer-centric solutions at our booth, where they connected with customers from across the globe.
Caroline Smith, Course Designer for the University of Provar, Suzannel Eberendu, Customer Success Manager, Eleanor Dearing, Head of Partners and Alliances, Michael Dailey, Director of Solution Engineering, and Dana Risley, Account Director, attended World Tour NYC on Provar’s behalf. The team presented Provar’s robust suite of Salesforce testing and quality solutions to over 15,000 event attendees and attended exciting sessions, workshops, and demos by other industry thought leaders.
Additionally, Provar sponsored the World Tour NYC Salesforce Exclusive Happy Hour at the Dear Irving Rooftop on Wednesday, May 3. This casual kickoff mixer was co-hosted by Revenue Grid, HIKE2, Five9, and Halosight. And because no trip to New York City is complete without it, the Provar team celebrated a successful Salesforce event with slices from the world-famous Joe’s Pizza.
