London Salesforce Women in Tech

On Tuesday, January 16, Provar team members joined an incredible community at this month’s London Salesforce Women in Tech gathering. The first meet-up took place at the Blue Fin Building in 2024. Provar and Sabio organized and paid for the event.

The event was well attended and featured keynote speaker Melanie Stevenson, Head of Enterprise Sales at Sabio Group. In her presentation, “Navigating Challenges, Inspiring Confidence,” Melanie shared her journey as a woman in the tech sales industry. And how overcoming obstacles has shaped her professional success and given her personal and professional confidence. The event included networking opportunities, 2024 planning, and a casual competition featuring quizzes and prizes.

Cactusforce 2024

Cactusforce 2024 kicked off our year with “More Code, Less Fluff” on Friday, January 26, in sunny Scottsdale, Arizona. In its sixth year, this hybrid event brought together developers, architects, and admins in-person and online worldwide, offering advanced and specialized content for everyone in our Salesforce community. With exclusive workshops and a full day of events, Cactusforce gathered technical professionals who are passionate about sharing their solutions, how they’ve overcome obstacles, and what they’ve learned.

Provar’s Michael Dailey, Director of SE, and Suzannel Eberendu, Manager of Customer Success, were in attendance in Arizona, and Provar was an Agave-level Sponsor of Cactusforce 2024.

In addition to representing Provar at our booth, Dailey participated in a Demo Jam alongside leaders from Firmworks Match My Email and Neostella… and won the first-place prize! The highlight of the presentation was his pizza ordering through Domino’s online ordering platform, where he used Provar to check for bugs. Talk about a treat for attendees!
