Here at Provar, innovation is our middle name. We are always looking for ways to improve our solutions, and we’re excited to share more about our latest update, Provar 2.7.2! The update is now available for download in the Provar Success Portal under Releases.
The new update introduced upgraded Lightning page component locators, adding support for testing components in custom templates and testing components with conditional visibility. A big thanks to our beta participants for their feedback! As an FYI, test cases will still work even if the Lightning page template is switched to a different one (standard or custom), allowing for additional cross-template support.
In this update, we’ve also added support to use environment variables in OAuth 2.0 JWT connections, making test execution in a CI/CD pipeline easier and more secure.
Other improvements include browser support for Chrome 103 and 104 and support for Windows 11.
