Provar had an exciting 2023, and we’re already having a great start to the new year! To commemorate last year, we wanted to celebrate the most important element of our success: our customers. To kick off the year, we held our first-ever Provar Awards to celebrate a few of the customers who have had remarkable impacts on our community.

The Provar Awards had three award categories with one winner in each. First up were two awards for our free online learning platform, the University of Provar (UP).

The first was the Lifelong Learner Award, which went to the customer who committed to continuous learning by completing the highest number of courses on UP. Daniel Fernando Correa took this one with an impressive range of learning on all things testing, Provar, AI, and more.

Next, the Provar Champion was a raffle among customers who held a breadth of knowledge about Provar by completing all four certifications on UP: Automation Essentials, Automation Advanced, Manager Essentials, and Provar PEAK. There was a lot of competition, but Roman Samigullin was the lucky winner to take home the award.

The final accolade was an award for the Provar Forum, a space that offers customers the chance to receive the latest updates, learn from each other and our technical experts, and share their feedback about how they’d like us to grow. The award for the Forum MVP went to the customer who participated in the most discussions this year, Brett O’Hara.

Thanks to these dedicated winners, the Provar community is better and stronger. All winners received prizes and certifications for their achievements.

Exciting News All Around

The Awards also offered the opportunity to share other exciting news from the Education team at Provar. UP continues to grow, with over 7,000 courses and 1,750 certifications completed this year. There’s more excitement ahead with a new certification for Provar Automation Advanced and a Provar Customer Journey course coming soon.

UP wasn’t the only platform with changes this year, though. The Provar Forum, the documentation library, and customer training all underwent updates to improve the customer experience.

Jenn Torres, Director of Customer Success Operations, leads Provar’s Education team. She noted the recent changes and upcoming plans:

“Our focus is always on customer feedback. The past year was big for our team — we expanded and refreshed our content to better serve their needs. In 2024, we’re taking it a step further. We’re elevating our offerings by gaining deeper insights into how customers use our current resources. This understanding will guide us in crafting materials and tools that meet their current needs and evolve with them throughout their journey as a Provar customer. We’re excited to grow with them and continue enhancing their experience with our services!”
