Each month, members of the Provar team attend industry conferences and meetups to maintain ties with the Salesforce community and stay abreast of industry trends. March was a big month for Provar, with several high-profile events, including the annual TrailblazerDX 2023 conference.

TrailblazerDX 2023: Salesforce Developer Conference
A group of Provar team members with diverse areas of expertise attended TrailblazerDX 2023 on March 7-8, 2023, in San Francisco. This multi-day conference is highly anticipated in the Salesforce community. It brings together technical professionals from various backgrounds. These include admins, architects, developers, students, IT leaders, and entrepreneurs.
This year’s Moscone Center featured keynote speeches, technical sessions, expert-led panels, networking and meet-up opportunities, software demos, after-hours parties, a live performance by Fallout Boy, and more.
Provar team members from multiple disciplines attended the TrailblazerDX 2023 to network, learn, and connect. The Provar team also helmed our booth, where we debuted brand-new Provar swag, including shirts, bags, stickers, pens, and notebooks.
Provar was a Groundbreaker Sponsor of TrailblazerDX 2023 alongside notable peer companies, including Slalom, Validity, Copado, Accenture, and Deloitte. Several Provar team members led technical sessions, gave interviews, and participated in panels.
Day One Demo Jam
Richard Clark, Chief Product Officer, and Joe Garza, Solutions Engineer, represented Provar in the Day One Demo Jam.
Provar unfortunately did not win the Day One Demo Jam. However, our team spoke with an enthusiastic and energetic crowd. They shared Provar with a packed room of developers in a fun, competitive cadence.
Embed Automated QA into DevOps Center Pipelines
Provar’s Director of Solution Engineering, Michael Dailey, led a Theater Session at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 8. In “Embed Automated QA into DevOps Center Pipelines,” Dailey showed attendees how to manage quality in their DevOps Center. He also highlighted features of the Provar Manager and took questions from the audience.
Salesforce Live Day 2 Segment
The Provar team even got some air time, with Director of Education Jenn Torres featured on Salesforce Live on Wednesday, March 8. Jenn summarized some of her takeaways from Trailblazer 23 in a one-on-one interview. She highlighted some exciting news from the Provar booth. This included the release of Provar Grid and new features for Automation and Manager. She also mentioned the new training courses available from the University of Provar.
SeleniumConf
Provar Vice President of Innovation Robin Gupta spoke at SeleniumConf, a two-day conference for Selenium and Webdriver ecosystem developers and users worldwide. Held this year in Chicago, Illinois, from March 28-30, 2023, SeleniumConf is a community-driven conference with a mission to provide actionable information and insights on automated testing and how to improve your software delivery practices.
Robin presented “Do You Use Selenium Only for Test Automation,” discussing the various use cases for browser automation tools and when to automate.
