TrailblazerDX (TDX) 2025 has wrapped, and this year’s conference delivered an exciting schedule of innovation, community, and practical insights into the future of Salesforce automation and testing. The Provar team was on the ground and in the mix at TDX — showcasing our latest advancements in AI-powered testing, hosting hands-on sessions, and diving deep into the Agentforce universe.

The Big Themes at TDX 2025
The Salesforce community — and attendees of TDX 2025 — continue to buzz about Agentforce. Just as we have seen at the World Tours, Salesforce’s AI-powered agent framework took center stage at this year’s conference, with discussions around smart implementation strategies, real-world use cases, and emerging best practices. With the rapid rise of AI adoption, concerns around security, pricing, and adoption abound and were hot topics at TDX this year.
“With the announcement of Agentforce 2dx, Salesforce is seeking to increase adoption by releasing Agentforce+Data Cloud enabled Developer Orgs,” said Michael Dailey, Provar’s Director of Technical Product Marketing. “The Agentforce API also made an appearance in a number of sessions. This sparked more discussions from developers and architects on how they might integrate these agents and their functionality into core technologies and external systems.”
Another key focus was the challenge of testing Agentforce and AI-driven workflows. Traditional testing frameworks rely on deterministic logic, but AI introduces non-deterministic elements that can make validation tricky. Attendees explored how to implement deterministic logic via Flows and Apex while handling non-deterministic business logic with prompt templates and bringing their own LLMs to customize Agentforce actions.
“There is still much to be iterated on in the community with regards to ALM best practices around Agentforce implementations, specifically on integrating the agentic testing and development phases into existing SDLCs,” Dailey said.

Mastering Agentforce and AI Testing Workshop with Provar and Exavalu
To kick off our TDX 2025, Provar teamed up with our friends at Exavalu for an interactive workshop designed to help teams navigate the complexities of AI-powered testing. Attendees got hands-on with real-world testing scenarios, tackled a bug hunt challenge, and learned the best practices for ensuring AI-driven agents perform as intended.

Networking and sharing solutions didn’t stop when the conference floor closed! We joined our trusted partners Flosum for a lively evening of drinks, canapes, and conversation at Mariposas. Together decompressed after a day at the conference and continued discussions of test automation and AI in Salesforce.

What’s Next for AI Testing?
This year’s TDX reinforced that AI testing is evolving fast. The launch of Agentforce 2.0 introduced new APIs and developer tools to accelerate adoption, but challenges remain — especially around bridging skills gaps in generative AI and prompt engineering.
