Strategic teaming agreement allows both parties to offer products and services to help modernize technology, reimagine processes, and transform experiences

The two companies began working together in 2017 and work together to provide solutions to clients. This expanded collaboration aims to further elevate each team’s offerings and allow for more streamlined training and enhanced customer support, while enabling future innovation driven by customer needs.
Among the go-to-market initiatives between the two companies, Provar is currently working with Cognizant to build a Provar Centre of Excellence in India, led by Judhajit Roy, Senior Salesforce Automation Architect at Cognizant.
Other key aspects of this collaboration will include:
- As a joint entity, developing key strategies focusing on account mapping, key account development, pipeline generation, and long-term customer success
- As a joint entity, defining, developing, and amplifying a mutual global partnership within the Salesforce ecosystem to enhance market presence and align on a strong go-to-market strategy
- Cognizant will focus on building and maintaining product knowledge and mastering the understanding of Provar’s products, market(s), and key differentiators
- Provar will support Cognizant in upscaling the EPS QEA CRM team in Provar product knowledge, including certification of team members and empowering them with the knowledge needed to tackle upcoming projects with success
