This is the fifth and final blog in our series about Provar TrustAI. Throughout the series, we’ve explored why AI agents require a different testing strategy, how structured AI testing works, why evaluator accuracy matters, and how repeatable testing supports production readiness. If you missed the other installments, you can find them on the Provar Blog.
As more organizations begin to build AI agents, teams are looking for practical ways to evaluate behavior before those agents reach customers and business-critical workflows.
Provar TrustAI is opening a Design Partner Program ahead of General Availability, giving participating organizations the opportunity to work directly with the Provar team while helping shape the future of AI agent testing.
Today, we’re diving into what the program includes and who it’s designed for.
What the Design Partner Program Includes
The TrustAI Design Partner Program is built as a collaborative engagement rather than a traditional software trial.
Participants receive access to the TrustAI platform, including Sessions, Scenarios, Personas, Evaluators, Evaluations, and Requirements. The program also includes hands-on implementation support, with the Provar team helping build scenarios, configure evaluators, and validate AI agents against real business use cases.
Current connector support includes AWS Bedrock AgentCore and Salesforce Agentforce. Additional platforms, including ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, Copilot, and Google Vertex AI, are planned as the pilot program expands.
Design partners also have opportunities to provide direct product feedback throughout the engagement and, where appropriate, participate in a published customer success story after measurable value has been demonstrated.
Who Should Apply?
The program is intended for organizations actively developing or deploying AI agents, particularly those built on AWS Bedrock AgentCore or Salesforce Agentforce.
It’s especially well suited for teams where AI behavior carries meaningful business impact — teams in customer experience, compliance, financial processes, or other business-critical workflows.
Successful engagements typically include executive sponsorship, clearly defined business requirements, and a dedicated project owner who can work closely with the Provar team throughout the pilot.
What the Engagement Looks Like
The Design Partner Program follows a focused 60-day engagement.
The process begins with a discovery conversation to confirm technical fit and project goals. From there, the Provar team helps connect one or two active AI agent projects, configure TrustAI within the environment, build representative evaluation scenarios, and establish repeatable testing workflows.
Throughout the engagement, teams work alongside Provar to expand coverage, identify regressions, refine evaluators, and measure AI agent behavior over time.
At the conclusion of the pilot, participants review results with the Provar team and discuss next steps for broader adoption.
Help Shape the Future of AI Agent Testing
The Design Partner Program offers more than early access to new technology.
Participants work directly with the team building TrustAI, gain early visibility into upcoming capabilities, and provide feedback that helps shape future product development. The goal is a collaborative partnership focused on solving real AI testing challenges together.
If your organization is building AI agents and looking for a more structured approach to evaluating them before production, we’d love to start the conversation.
