November brought a full calendar of community events, technical conversations, and shared knowledge across Provar’s network of Salesforce professionals and organizations. We dug into Provar Quality Hub insights, connected with teams at DevOps Dreamin’ London, joined The Test Tribe in Toronto, and warped the month by hosting the SFC&C community for an Agentic Testing deep dive in London.

Each event had its own energy, insights, and takeaways, from evolving AI-driven testing strategies to strengthening collaboration between technical and business teams.

Webinar: From Automation to Insights: Boost Salesforce Quality with Provar’s Unified Platform

On November 19, Provar PBU Director Michael Dailey walked attendees through how teams can turn automated testing into meaningful, decision-ready insights with Provar Quality Hub. The session highlighted how Quality Hub (formerly Provar Manager) centralizes test execution, reporting, and analytics, giving teams clearer visibility into risk and release readiness. Dailey also showed how AI features streamline test creation, help teams analyze failures faster, and support smarter prioritization across busy pipelines.

From Automation to Insights’s core message was simple: as Salesforce environments grow more complex, teams need more than automation alone. QA teams need a unified way to understand quality, communicate across the organization, and drive continuous improvement in their Salesforce testing strategies. Quality Hub gives teams that foundation, helping them move from running tests to running truly insight-driven quality assurance.

DevOps Dreamin’ London: Testing the Future with Agentforce

Provar’s London team headed out on November 20 for Gearset’s DevOps Dreamin’ London, a twice-yearly industry event known for bringing together some of the sharpest minds in Salesforce DevOps. We spent the day connecting with attendees at the Provar booth, sharing demos, and talking through how QA teams are preparing for the next phase of intelligent, AI-driven Salesforce development.

Geraint Waters, Chief Evangelist and Co-Founder of Provar, took the stage for his session, Testing the Future: How to Build Confidence in Agentforce with Provar. His talk focused on the realities of validating complex, adaptive agent behavior as Agentforce moves from early experimentation into enterprise-level adoption. He walked attendees through emerging patterns addresses, the unique challenges of testing non-deterministic features, and discussed what mature testing looks like as Agentforce becomes embedded in modern delivery pipelines. Designed for test automation’s new frontier, Provar’s quality tools help QA teams build Salesforce testing strategies with speed, adaptability, and trust.

The Test Tribe Toronto Meetup: Selling the Value of Testing

On November 26, Simon Reynolds joined The Test Tribe’s Toronto community for its tenth local meetup, delivering a session that challenged testers to rethink how they communicate their impact. His talk, The Value of Testing: I’m in Sales and So Are You,” reframed a familiar truth — every tester is advocating for quality, whether or not they consider themselves part of the sales process.

Reynolds focused on the business side of testing, showing how quality work protects revenue, safeguards reputation, and preserves an organization’s ability to innovate. Instead of technical deep dives, he offered practical guidance on translating testing outcomes into terms that resonate with leaders. He covered strategies for framing risk reduction, articulating cost avoidance, and using data and storytelling to influence decision-makers.

Attendees left the discussion with an insightful reminder — when testers can confidently express the business value behind their work, they strengthen alignment, build trust across teams, and earn a more strategic role in guiding product decisions. It was a candid, energizing session and a great night for Toronto’s QA community.

SFC&C November Events

We were honored to host the UK Salesforce Consultants & Contractors community in London on November 27 for an evening dedicated to Agentic Test Automation. The event brought together consultants, contractors, professional testers and QA leaders for a practical look at how AI and Agentforce are reshaping Salesforce QA.

Dovydas Mockevicius opened with an outline of SFC&C’s origins, an overview of the state of Salesforce testing, and how modern testing tools are delivering stronger ROI. Suki Bahth then shared the latest developments in Agentforce, including early wins, real-world complexity, and how teams can begin experimenting with agent testing today.

Geraint Waters closed the session by outlining how Provar is adapting to Salesforce’s increasingly dynamic ecosystem. His message underscored the need for smarter, faster Salesforce testing strategies as platform behavior becomes less predictable and ecosystems become more complex.

Closing 2025 in Community

November’s Provar events highlighted a shared theme across the ecosystem — teams are looking for practical, scalable solutions to navigate Salesforce’s rapid evolution, especially as AI and Agentforce reshape expectations for quality. Provar is committed to supporting those journeys with tools designed for transparency, speed, and trust.
